estate development arm and has acquired a well-balanced portfolio real estate project comprising of

BuildSol Group's current portfolio of development projects under current control has an “outsale” value that is just under $300 million, with another $360 million in advanced negotiations. These projects are located along the Eastern Seaboard but primarily in the states of Maryland, Virginia and Georgia.
The BuildSol Group is completed with a Real Estate Sales and Management arm - BuildSol Realty, LLC as well as a Land Development partner. BuildSol will partner with senior lenders and joint venture partners to fund and execute its vision for each project.
The corporate office is currently located in Lanham, Maryland with another office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.

After great success in the construction space, Andrew noticed a growing need for development services. With a current portfolio "outsale" value of ~$300 million primarily located along the Eastern Seaboard, the BuildSol Development branch continues to rapidly scale to this day.

ANDREW WALLACE
Mr. Wallace is a seasoned Washington D.C, Maryland and Virginia area Developer and Real Estate Construction Manager having direct experience in over $200,000,000 in the development, capitalization, marketing and operation of commercial properties and projects in this sub-market. Prior to the construction industry, Mr. Wallace occupied several executive level positions in various companies including a publicly-traded company. Since 2002, Mr. Wallace has amassed a demonstrable track record of success with several companies in the construction, management, and consulting industries. He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of BuildSol and has ultimate responsibilities for the direction and management of the company’s affairs.

Mahdi Al-Husseini
Mahdi brings over 35 years of experience in engineering, construction, IT & Network management, real estate development, and business strategies. His professional experience spans working at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, ADC, TE, Crystal Equation, American Software, Home Depot, and Ali & Brothers Development & Building Inc. managing over $20 Billion worth of programs and projects.
Mahdi is a licensed engineer, builder, contractor, and real estate broker in State of Georgia. He built and sold hundreds of homes and developed several subdivisions in Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Cobb and Henry counties. He is also Certified Project Management Professional, PMP.

Bill Murray
Bill, by his early training, is an architect and builder. He has been in design since 1968 and launched into construction in 1977. Bill has an appreciation for our built environment. After becoming the vice president of an architectural engineering firm, he transitioned to his true passion of building, which helped him launch and grow a successful $50,000,000-per-year construction company, building over 7 million-square-foot of space, including over 3 million-square-foot of residential construction in Maryland and Virginia.
He sold that business in 1989 and returned to develop and contribute to a variety of multifaceted projects as the owner’s representative and project manager. Bill still feels privileged to work every day in an industry that he loves.

Charles Hodges
Charles has over 23+ years of construction and architecture project manager experience in residential construction including custom homes, as well as in commercial construction including airports, banks, restaurants, churches and infrastructure development such as working with wastewater treatment plants. He is adept with strong management skills along with construction cost analysis, value engineering, project scheduling and construction closeout procedures. Charles also brings his experience in working internationally in the Caribbean where he manages the construction of multiple hotels.

Pennington Greene
Pennington Greene has a degree from the University of South Florida. He is a real estate developer who brings a dynamic background in leadership as well as meeting objectives to each project in which he is engaged. Pennington has supervised and reviewed all infrastructure tasks on a day-to-day basis and has secured all permits for the project, from the preliminary plat approval to final plat approval and certificate of occupancy. He is also a sales and management leader that understands the importance of creating a workplace culture and has worked with some of the most prominent corporations in America.

Dionne Wallace
Dionne brings over 24 years’ experience in finance, accounting and budgeting in both government and private industries. Her journey in the private sector includes experience in the construction and banking industries. Dionne has a Master’s Degree in International Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Her unique skill set and industry appropriate experience make her a very valuable senior team member.

Kafoutchoni Ange Oba
Ange has over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. He holds an MBA in Finance and Audit and is completing his CPA and CFE designations. Ange has held senior positions, including Chief Audit Officer, in major public accounting companies. He has traveled to Europe and Africa on several overseas projects. Ange is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). At BuildSol, He is responsible for the overall financial strategy as well as administration.
